Coaching helps individuals set clear, actionable goals and provides structured support to overcome challenges and achieve personal or professional growth. Through personalized guidance and accountability, clients develop the skills and mindset needed to sustain long-term progress and well-being.   • Any potential client can book a 20-minute consult, with no fee or obligation, to ask
    questions and learn more.

Services Offered

  • Individual coaching: Professional and personal coaching for individuals of all backgrounds
  • Institutional Development: Wellness initiatives for healthcare workers
  • Personal finance education/coaching: Available for physicians and non-physicians.
    Educational sessions and workshops are available for larger groups or coaching for individuals.
  • Public speaking: Available for small groups or large audiences on healthcare and wellness topics.
  • Medico-legal or expert witness: please reach out to ask for a fee schedule and/or to schedule a consultation.
  • Fees for individual coaching are available on our booking page; for those needing other services, fees will depend on the services requested.
